“I began classes at Genesis in January of 2004. I needed 5 credits left to graduate, had very little time to take 10 classes in order to graduate on time, and was also 6 months pregnant. Genesis didn’t let me see any barriers and helped me push towards reaching my goal. With the help and support of all the teachers and staff, I wound up taking more classes than I actually needed and still managed to graduate on June 14th, 2004. I now have a rewarding career with APS and all my thanks to Genesis for teaching me and preparing me for the real world. “I began attending Genesis the second semester of my junior year. I was about a semester behind on credits. It was hard for me since I had recently moved from California and everything here was new to me. At Genesis, the staff made me feel welcome and gave the support I needed to get caught up. I ended having a real busy senior year but it was all worth it because I was still able to graduate with my class of 2005. Genesis was a very positive experience.
